Does everyone listen to the same music?


In a standard package is one transmitter included which provides you with one channel which means each of your guests listens to the same music. Every additional transmitter provides you with an additional channel. You can listen to up to three different channels if you decide to rent three transmitters.




How much does it costs?


The rental price depends on the package of your choice and the amount of headphones for your guests.




What does Aura provide?


Aura is specialized in renting wireless headphone systems that enable people to enjoy music together without disturbing their environment. Only those who are wearing headphones hear the music being played, making it the perfect choice for venues with noise constraints, and allowing to create a club-like atmosphere anywhere. Aura provides you with the wireless headphones and transmitters so that you only need to connect it to your music.

Rentals

How do I receive my order?


We will deliver at the agreed time to your place of choice. Alternatively, you can pick it up at the Aura pickup point.




How to return the equipment?


After the event, simply repack the equipment, and the Aura team will pick it up at the agreed time from your place of choice. Alternatively, you can return it at the Aura pickup point.




What happens if the equipment gets damaged, lost or stolen?


In case of loss, damage or theft, we charge a standard replacement fee of 50€ per headphone. Replacement of the music transmitter is 100€ and LED lights 25€. The amount gets subtracted from your deposit. If the damage exceeds the deposit we will charge you the remaining amount as agreed in the terms and conditions.




How can I pay?


Aura accepts all major credit cards, IDEAL, and PayPal.




Does the rental come with a DJ?


Aura solely provides you with the equipment required to host a silent event. The equipment is easily set up by connecting the music device to the transmitter enabling you to enjoy your favorite sounds. If you would like to have a DJ for your event you can reach out to us and we connect you with the right DJ through our wide network





Equipment

How does it work?


With the plug-and-play Aura system you can connect any electronic device with a headphone jack (AUX) or audio input to the transmitter. You can easily connect any DJ console, smartphone, laptop, or any other audio device to the transmitter to start your party or event.




Do I need a DJ?


No, not necessary you can enjoy the Aura Headphones with your favorite Spotify playlist! If you prefer a DJ for your event Aura can connect you the right DJ through our wide network




How many headphones can I connect at once?


As long as you are within the range of the transmitter, you can connect an unlimited number of headphones without any loss of signal, or sound delay.




How many audio channels does the system support?


This depends on the number of transmitters you rent. Each transmitter allows for an additional music channel to be streamed. If you rent one transmitter, everyone will be listening to the same music. You can enjoy up to 3 different music channels (considering you rent 3 transmitters) allowing your guests to choose between different music styles.




Can you change the colour of the headphones?


Yes, on Aura headphones you can choose between three colors: red, green and blue. The colour indicates to which music channel the person is listening to. If your headphones are shining in the same colour it means that you’re listening to the same music.




How do I connect the transmitter?


We will provide an 3.5mm AUX cable to connect the transmitter to any kind of sound device.




Is the equipment cleaned to COVID-19 standards?


Yes, the Aura team follows a strict cleaning process every time the equipment is returned. We guarantee to take all necessary precautions to assure that the highest hygienic standards are met. It is Aura’s highest priority to assure that the equipment is handled safely for your event.





Deposit

Do I need to pay a deposit?


Yes, depending on your order value we will charge you a deposit which we will refund immediately after the return and inspection of the equipment. The refund process can take up to 3 business days.
